enkoimesis (in-person retreats)

In-Person Retreats

Enkoimesis is an initiatory retreat rooted in restorative incubation and descent.

  • This work is not a ceremony.
  • It is not a healing container.
  • It is oriented toward embodiment, not catharsis.

It is a space of intentional withdrawal, where the body is allowed to reset, reorganize, and receive what is already aligned but not yet embodied.

This work cannot happen online.

What Happens Here

Enkoimesis follows the ancient orientation of incubation: a descent into silence, sleep, and restorative withdrawal, guided by plant medicine and held within a precise field of non-interference.

The work takes place largely asleep, in silence, beneath effort.

  • Rather than generating insight or breakthrough, Enkoimesis allows what is already true to settle fully into the soma.
  • Transformation slows.
  • Revelation begins.
  • This is not a ceremonial use of plant medicine.
  • There is no performance, no storytelling, no collective processing.

The medicine supports the body’s natural capacity to reorganize when the conditions are right.

Who This Is For

Enkoimesis is for initiates—women who are no longer in a healing phase and are ready for embodiment.

For those who have done the work and are prepared to live from what they already know.
For those ready to step into their next iteration not as aspiration, but as lived alignment.

This retreat asks for readiness, not seeking.

The Posture of the Retreat

The core orientation of Enkoimesis is:

  • incubation and descent
  • restorative withdrawal
  • somatic reset
  • initiatory passage

Participation is optional, guided by the body’s own signals. The work proceeds only where there is consent and capacity.

Silence and relation both exist here, but neither is imposed. The body is the compass.

Participants choose when to rest, when to engage, when to withdraw, and when to speak—except where silence is explicitly required to protect the integrity of the field.

Structure & Rhythm

Enkoimesis follows a loose rhythm rather than a rigid schedule.

There are formal sessions and shared moments, alongside extended space for rest, sleep, and solitude.
Most participation is optional and self-regulated.

Night practices and dream incubation are non-negotiable.
They are central to the work and attended by all.

Food, rest, interaction, and withdrawal are self-regulated.
Enough is enough.
More is not better.

Touch, Speech, and Consent

Guided somatic practices may be offered.

  • Touch is always optional.
  • Self-soothing is always available.
  • Shared touch occurs only by clear choice and explicit consent.

There are moments where speech is not permitted, allowing the work to remain undisturbed.
At other times, speech may arise naturally—or not at all.

Silence is required, optional, and emergent.

White Modern Business Proposal (4)

Enkoimesis takes place on rural, ancestral land.

Participants sleep in individual pods rather than shared rooms.
The retreat is held as a group, but the work itself is individual and personal.

This architecture supports privacy, depth, and uninterrupted incubation.

White Modern Business Proposal (5)

My role is to keep the field.

I do not direct experiences or interpret outcomes.
I guide through presence, timing, and coherence—sometimes with words, sometimes without.

The work is held through my own settled orientation, in partnership with plant medicine and the structure of the retreat itself.

White Modern Business Proposal (5)

enkoimesis is a place where healing lands in the body,
and where transformation stops…
so revelation can begin.

Details regarding timing, duration, and application coming soon!
